How To Order

It’s so easy to place your order online. Once you've added items to your personal Shopping Bag, you can follow these few simple steps to complete your personal order:

Review the items in your Shopping Bag make sure it is what you want

Fill out your shipping and billing information

Confirm and place your order using your payment method of choice

Shipping Options

We ship everything priority mail. Our Soy is not mixed with anything and has a low melt point. We get our candles to you the fastest we can. We do not set the postage rates, the post office does. So we sell our products as cheap as we can, as healthy as we can & as fast as we can.  Priority Mail also comes with tracking for you & up to $50.00 in free insurance for you. We do set up at North Carolina Vendor locations & functions, you can always stop by  & purchase them if your in the area. We can even make your order for you to pick up at events. We also have free pick up on our shipping days at the post office in Autryville, NC with prior approval.

Payment Options

We accept the following payment methods, for your convince:

Accept all major credit/debit cards, plus Apple Pay on supported devices. We also accept PayPal.

To use our online payment system, select the online payment system of your choice.

Note: Only one payment method can be used per order.

Promo Code

If you sign up for our subscriber list,  and we  offer a promo code we will send you a email. We also put out pop up promo codes on our social media accounts, as a thank you for our social media followers. We have a promo code for free shipping on orders over $100. exclusions apply for Candle Jars, Wholesalers, Drop Shippers. Promo Code is FREESHIP

Placing Your Order and Confirmations

You will have a chance to review and verify the information you have entered during checkout and, if no changes are necessary, you can proceed to "Place Your Order." . 

Placing an Order by Phone

To keep cost low, we do not have phone staff. We do everything through our website at this time. Our company is growing &  we will be adding more staff.

Multiple 'Ship-to' Addresses

Shipping to multiple addresses is not available at this time. If you’d like to send an order or a gift to a different address, we recommend placing a separate order. 

Giftcards

We currently have no gift cards available but hope too in the future. If you would like to to purchase a promo code for someone to use, please send us a email.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect sales tax for North Carolina sales. . We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the law, at the time of sale. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you purchase from us. Being a new company we are not set up to accept returns at this time. We hope to in the future. If for any reason you don’t like your purchase, even if you just change your mind, please re-gift it. If you are not certain if you will like a scent, purchase a wax melt instead to smell it first.  We do set up at North Carolina Vendor locations & functions, you can always stop by & smell them & purchase them if your in the area. Shipping Time

We know you just can't wait to get your order. Please remember each of our candles is hand-poured & hand-mixed with love per order. You are not getting a candle that has sat in a warehouse or on a shelf or mass produced. We ship out daily, if the post office is open. Freshness is important to us.
